As C4’s Chief Program Officer, Laura oversees technical assistance for HUD’s Division of Community Planning and Development. She also directs the technical assistance and training for SAMHSA’s Performance Accountability Reporting System (SPARS), which provides technical assistance to SAMHSA project officers and grantees on collection, management, and utilization of data. Laura leads general technical assistance for SAMHSA’s Bringing Recovery Supports to Scale Technical Assistance Center Strategy (BRSS TACS) to states, counties, behavioral health systems officials and providers–including consumer/peer providers–and other stakeholders in recovery-oriented services and systems. Prior to C4, she was President of Baltimore Homeless Services and Clinical Director at Health Care for the Homeless of Maryland in Baltimore. Laura received her M.S. in Nursing from the University of Maryland.
